Job Description

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team and help us
identify and attract top talent for our open positions. As a Sourcing Specialist, you
will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to
identify potential candidates for open positions. You will use a variety of sourcing
channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and job
posting sites to identify and attract potential candidates. You will also be
responsible for writing compelling job advertisements, sending mass emails and
messages to potential candidates, and cold-calling potential candidates to
expand the talent pool. Additionally, you will screen and qualify potential
candidates and work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to
understand the job requirements and develop a sourcing strategy. Your success in this role will directly impact our ability to attract and hire top talent for our
organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for open positions
• Research and identify potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and job posting sites
• Write and post compelling job advertisements on various job posting sites to attract a large number of candidates
• Utilize email marketing and mass messaging tools to reach out to potential candidates and generate interest in open positions
• Cold-call potential candidates and headhunt talent to expand the talent pool
• Engage with potential candidates and build relationships to generate interest in open positions
• Screen and qualify potential candidates to determine if they meet the job requirements
• Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand the job requirements and develop a sourcing strategy
• Continuously update and maintain the applicant tracking system with sourcing activities and candidate information
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
