This role will assist the recruitment activities including data validation, filing new hire paperwork, and answering and directing candidate phone calls related to onboarding needs. The incumbent duties will include but will not be limited to.

1. Job offer - Review for required offer authorizations.
2. Create and distribute offer letter packages.
3. Monitor candidate acceptance.
4. Prehire - Initiate background checks and monitor for results.
5. Partner with HR Technology and Payroll team to resolve new hire backend transactional activities.
6. General Administration - Follow up on new hire onboarding documents for loading into HR system.
7. Onboarding Inquiries.
8. Upkeep and maintain Motorola Solutions onboarding web portal.
9. Distribute travel information to candidates.
10. Distribute travel and relocation info.
11. Audit candidate in Applicant Tracking system for required data via reporting made available.
12. Coordinator for employee referral process and payouts.
13. Onboarding - Audit for completion of pre-hire verifications and documents.
14. Provide welcome materials and instructional guide for new hires to complete tasks in Workday.
15. System update to assign paygroup for new hires in Workday system.
16. Support site specific new hire badging process.
17. Distribute Checklist to New Hires and Managers.
18. Coordinate interview scheduling.
