You will be working on Payroll or HCM Payroll: Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations on payroll related matters Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR activities including manage time-bound processes and accuracy in data validation. Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in HRIS records partnering with various stakeholders on the relevant topics eg. reconciliation of accruals etc. Liaise with relevant agency bodies regarding statutory submission. Support employees and managers on questions related to internal employees communications, HR guidelines, processes in particular payroll. HCM: First-tier support to HRBP for all local administrative tasks and execution of HR-related matters Own and support the employee\'s life cycle processes in our HRIS system i.e. Workday (e.g. data management, absence management, benefits management, etc.) Prepare HR documentation e.g. employment contracts, benefits, and payroll enrolment documentation, etc. Organize and maintain employee records driving digital solutions to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines, and processes. Participate and continuous improvement of HR processes in maintaining standard operating procedures and ensuring policies are up to date Projects/Others: Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region Support the annual compensation review process including the annual merit and bonus planning process Participate in internal and external audits and checks on data changes to ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents You have...
