The HR Services team as the single point of contact for employees and partners with the HR Business Partner community for delivering services, support of programs and manage all employee related inquiries and requests plus liaison with external vendors. This role is the first tier support for the Regional HR Services Lead and the Human Resources Business Partners to execute tasks supporting line managers and employees. This role in particular will work within the guidelines of GfK programs and policies to administer tasks and duties related to the management and administration of Company\xe2\x80\x99s payroll ensuring compliance, timely and accurate delivery of payroll activities.

You will...

• Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations on payroll related matters.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll activities including manage time-bound processes and accuracy in data validation.
• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll records partnering with various stakeholders on the relevant topics eg. reconciliation of accruals etc.
• Liaise with relevant agency bodies regarding statutory submission.
• Support employees and managers on questions related to internal employees communications, HR guidelines, processes in particular payroll.

• Support projects to implement digital solutions as well as to centralize, streamline and expand HR Services scope throughout the Region.

You have...

• Strong time management skills, and personal efficiency
• Strong communication skills and Problem-solving skills
• Added advantage with knowledge of HRIS Workday system
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant payroll experience
• Broad HR background especially in HR operational tasks and processing
