Screen CVs/Resume, conduct interviews and follow up candidates Understanding underlying job description and requirements set by clients Liaise with clients and candidates Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process Manage ATS(application tracking system) Building a strong pool of candidate pipeline. Actively engage with social media. Utilize method to attract candidates, including: database searching, referrals, advertising, etc. Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status Identifying the company\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly. Tracking department budgets. Responding to employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
