Assist and manage the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Oversee Learning & Development initiatives, including training needs analysis, planning, and execution
Ensure HR policies, processes, and best practices are implemented consistently
Support employee engagement programs and performance management activities
Provide guidance to the HR team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum
2 years
of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead HR projects effectively
Willing to work
on-site in Ipoh
