About you:

You will work in a newly formed team, focused and passionate on evolving our employee systems. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the expert in what and how we can integrate our internal HR systems to support our colleagues. With deep technical expertise in finding the best and most secure solution and provide stake holders with the timelines, options and implications of any suggested solutions. You will be able to communicate the technical requirements in an easy to understand way, and discuss the technical language associated with different integrations when needed.

Day-to-day, you will:

Continuously assess the current integration architecture, identifying opportunities to automate data transfer.

Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using tools like Workato/Mulesoft, API platforms, and custom code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration implementations.

Implement end-to-end integrations within agreed timelines, ensuring key stakeholders are updated throughout the project.

Prioritize opportunities to improve design and implement changes with a future-proof mindset, balancing short-term fixes when necessary.

Ensure the secure and sensitive handling of employee data throughout the integration processes, adhering to data protection regulations.

Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

Balance day-to-day operations (BAU) and project demands, effectively prioritizing tasks within a collaborative team environment.

Collaborate with colleagues on data quality issues, promptly addressing integration-related challenges.

Network with fellow Integrators across the organization to continuously grow and develop skills and knowledge.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to integration solutions.

Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of integrated systems.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Expert or similar role, with a focus on HR systems integration preferably.
  • Proficiency in implementing various integrations, including API, SFTP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience working with HR systems and a strong understanding of data protection practices.
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools such as Workato/Mulesoft, API platforms (REST, SOAP), and familiarity with custom integrations.
  • Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.
