Job Description


\xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration & Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 of experiences in related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for all matters pertaining Human Resource (HR) such as Payroll / Employee relation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to overall Planning and organizing of HR as and when required mostly manpower needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer HCM policies and procedure, programs and ad-hoc activities related to HR function. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in communicate HCM policies and procedure changes to employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous compliance with Government policies & procedures ie; EPF, SOCSO, Pusat Zakat and Income Tax. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare full spectrum of payroll processing including allowances, overtime pay & reimbursement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all payment are in accordance with statutory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with statutory government authorities to ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, Income Tax submission, tax clearance, SOCSO, EPF et : which related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle employee\xe2\x80\x99s queries on all payroll related matters on prompt basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle industrial relation issue and employee relations issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain and update all personal data of employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the term and conditions of employment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer pertaining to recruitment, budget verification, employee induction and development, policies and procedures, industrial relation, welfare activities as well as other human resource administration functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with insurance company regarding of insurance policy to staff, medical, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor attendance records, trainings and others which related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize travel coordination for all guests and staff domestic outstation or international locations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize travel, meetings and appointments, stationeries, office equipment & furniture and office maintenance & repairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising and monitoring subordinates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organising and leading induction programmes for new joiners.
