Job Description

• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Assist to call tourist attractions and to schedule meeting for management
• Prepare and maintain documents for employee database such as employment, confirmation, termination, leave application, medical claim, etc for management approval. Issue warning letter for disciplinary cases.
• Handle job candidate recruitment by screening, interviewing and recommending shortlisted candidates to the management for final selection
• Handle monthly preparation of timesheet
• Prepare and record minutes meeting when necessary

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline
• Computer literate. Required skill(s): MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, multi-tasking and undertake any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time
• Proactive, responsible and able to maintain strict work ethics with confidentiality
• Possess the flexibility to outstation when required
• Possess own transport
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to start immediately would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Six (6) working days (8am to 5pm)
