Possess good knowledge of foreign workers recruitment process and permit renewal
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment process from job posting to candidate screening.
Manage attendance, unpaid leave, employee benefits and welfare.
Preparation & maintenance of HR related documents, such as employment contracts, policies & procedures.
Maintain and regularly update employees personal records.
Oversee office cleaning, refreshment and housekeeping services.
Address employee inquires, concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally.
Perform additional tasks and duties delegated by management as needed.
