Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving employee issues or conflicts.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees as needed.
Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and follow-up.
Administration:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and adhered to.
Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR and/or administrative roles.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (e.g., SAP, ADP).
