An HRBP Director job has just become available at a leading manufacturing and production company to be based in Penang. This company provides the most advanced lighting technology and products to various industries. About the HRBP Director Role:
The HRBP Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, its practices and operations in order to meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- According to the characteristics of regional human resources, make short, medium and long-term plans for human resources and strategies for competitive advantages
- Implement monthly, quarterly and annual special work in combination with the direction of talent recruitment, talent development and talent retention
- Formulate personnel training development and localisation training according to business development needs
- Implement overseas based employer brand building, inheritance and interpretation of corporate culture, implementation of core values practice system
- Conduct research, benchmarking and optimisation for regional salary survey, welfare system, policy system, etc. Implement localisation structure analysis and adjustment according to the company\'s promotion and salary adjustment management rules
- Based on business characteristics, develop performance appraisal plans for each department and promote continuous optimisation
- Handle labour compliance management, involving compliance with RBA audit rules and the whole process of foreign labour recruitment
- Cooperate with the business to develop team building plans, organise and improve the business efficiency and personnel stability of the HRBP team
- More than 10 years of work experience in an HR position
- Two consecutive years of work experience in the same position or HRM work experience in a large manufacturing company
- Proficient in relevant theories of corporate human resource management, familiar with the main modes of corporate human resource management
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above, majoring in human resource management, business management or psychology is preferred
- Strong pressure resistance, excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, good team management abilities
