What is your mission?
  • Develop GHRIS training programs & schedule for all sites in TDCX.
  • Conduct GHRIS training programs for all sites & user of HRIS system.
  • Responsible for preparing the training material for HRIS training programs.
  • Responsible to work on translation of training material with relevant parties.
  • Design and develop relevant training modules based on departmental/country needs for HRIS Systems.
  • Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training modules in line with the strategic plan of raising capabilities of the site\xe2\x80\x99s HRIS administrator.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within the category of GHRIS and for the effective hris system training and continual improvement for all sites HRIS system user
Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in any field.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experiences in in Success Factor SAP
  • Knowledge and configuration experience in SF\xe2\x80\x99s talent management, compensation, learning management system, Time Off, PMGM, and Compensation module and SAP Payroll will be added advantage
  • Experience of HR process design, business case development, HR technology solutions and shared service implementations are added advantage
  • Experience of project management methods and lifecycle, change management methodology and end-to-end implementation
  • Possess sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
