1. Responsible for the daily human resources management and administrative work of the company, providing suitable human resources and logistical support for various departments. 2. Human Resources Management: a) Assist the Assistant General Manager in regularly updating the organizational structure of each department and adjusting personnel configurations. b) Develop corresponding recruitment plans for the manpower needs of each department, establish recruitment channels and budget for recruitment expenses, organize and implement recruitment, and assist the hiring department in talent selection. c) Develop training materials for new employee onboarding and procedural training according to Malaysian laws. d) Implement HR systems such as employee attendance, training, performance, compensation, and other related tasks. e) Responsible for the company\'s corporate culture construction and the maintenance of employee relations, understanding the real thoughts of employees, timely grasping employee dynamics, and promoting harmonious development between the company and employees. This includes drafting employee manuals, organizing activities such as dispute resolution and handling of work injuries, and participating in corporate culture building.
