DescriptionPrimary Objective:1 Preparation of GHS Quotation2 Monitoring and prepare quotation for GHS Renewal3 Preparation of GHS Report4 Follow up outstanding premium of GHS account5 Sending Schedule of Benefit to Third Party Administrator prior to policy issuance6 Matching Third Party Administrator report with IT\xe2\x80\x99s report7 Individual medical underwriting8 System Testing9 Kakitangan and NUTP account underwriting10 Driving key initiative under Hospitalization & Surgical (H&S) and PA portfolio
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and prepare technical justifications for GHS & GCR quotations based on the information provided by the marketer.
  • Ensure timely completing quotation and passing to the respective marketer within the TAT
  • Assists in the development of new/revised GHS and GCR guidelines based on utilization and clinical trends.
  • Assists in the enhancement of GHS and GCR Quotation Template, Renewal Letter Template and Pricing Quotation template.
  • Ensure timely reviewing the monthly renewal scrutiny.
  • Verify and review Monthly Pra-Assist Invoices (SPIKPA) and submit to the Finance team for payment issuance.
  • Prepare Monthly GHS quotation report (New & Renewal cases) for MATF Meeting.
  • Prepare GHS Deviation report (New/Renewal cases)
  • Ensure all the approvals for New (secured), Renewal (secured) & Deviation cases are properly documented.
  • Verify and review Monthly GHS and GCR Outstanding Report and ensure all the premiums are paid within the timeline.
  • Liaise with the Branches, Marketer & Processing Team on the GHS and GCR policy and endorsement issuance.
  • Liaise with IT Section on the monthly data extraction for SPIKPA Tax Invoices.
  • Liaise with TPA on the GHS and GCR renewal confirmation and any admission issue.
  • Ensure all documents are compliance of PIAM guidelines and company underwriting guidelines.
  • Individual medical underwriting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Superior.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - .4 years and above in insurance industry
  • Power Point Presentation
  • Microsoft Office
  • Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Marketing skill is an added advantage
