Job Description

To provide administrative support for the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance documentation, and smooth coordination of safety activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



HSE Documentation & Record-Keeping

Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, incident reports, and training attendance. Update and file HSE documents such as SOPs, permits, risk assessments, and compliance reports. Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.

Support HSE Operations

Assist in organizing HSE training sessions, safety drills, and workshops. Track and follow up on corrective actions from safety audits or incident investigations. Coordinate the issuance and maintenance of PPE and other safety equipment.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare routine HSE reports for management review. Assist in compiling data for monthly, quarterly, or annual HSE performance reports. Communicate safety updates and reminders to relevant departments and employees.

Compliance & Coordination

Support the HSE team in ensuring compliance with local regulations (DOSH, OSHA Malaysia) and company safety policies. Assist during internal or external HSE audits by preparing necessary documentation. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding HSE requirements.

Administrative Support

Manage HSE-related correspondence, emails, and documentation. Monitor HSE budgets and procurement of safety supplies as required. Assist in general administrative tasks to support HSE team efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Accuracy and timeliness of HSE records and reports Compliance with safety documentation requirements Timely coordination of HSE trainings and drills Follow-up and closure of corrective actions from audits or incidents

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HSE administration or support role. Familiarity with local safety regulations and HSE standards (DOSH, ISO 45001). Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/HSE software.

Working Conditions:



Office-based, with occasional site visits for documentation or coordination purposes. Standard working hours, may involve assisting during HSE drills, audits, or emergency situations.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
