Job Description
We are currently seeking a Hub Associate (Operation Support) to join DHL eCommerce Solution based in Puchong, Malaysia!The Hub Associate (Operation Support) will be responsible in driving quality projects and will focus on COD monitoring, SMS work and 3PL (ADS) managementEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCOD Monitoring
- Generating daily reports which will focus more on COD monitoring such as RTM report, Cash Deposit report
- Generate weekly report on COD No Movement for parcels that have not move beyond 14 days
- Closely follow up with depots and hub on closing the parcel\'s status.
- Compilation of data from various sourcetype
- Generating adhoc reports on a case to case basis
- Verification of data from multiple sources
- Managing 3PL account on a daily basis by sending out daily manifest
- Closely follow up parcels that were handed over to 3PL to ensure parcels are delivered within the SLA
- Sending out Exception SMS to customers using Exotel.
- Follow up on responses from the SMS cases with the depots.
- Compilation of data from various report on a daily basis.
- Adhoc follow up on adhoc reportings and adhoc compilation.
- A minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in ecommerce or express logistics.
- Ability to handle large amount of data. Work with Excel and other business tools.
