- Planning: structure improvement plan for each hub in order to show better performance, in route planning, working area segregation, and work flow improvement plan. - QC: Data analysis & come out with results to help hubs to improve & solve daily operation problems - Training: provide training to new joiners and conduct training sessions whenever new policies/SOP are released. Requirements: a. Male/ female b. Mandarin speaking is compulsory. c. Fresh graduates are welcome. d. Come from express/courier background will be a huge advantage e. At least Diploma. f. Familiar with Microsoft office, analyse and report. Working days: 6 days (Mon-Sat) 9 am - 5.30pm (1 hour rest) Working Location: No. 6, Jalan Tun Teja 5, Perdana Industrial Park, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor.
