Liaising with external payroll such as senior accounts executive and HR assistant headquarters to prepare and process monthly salaries & any other payroll documentation as needed & responding to any queries relating to payroll.
Assist in managing end to end recruitment function. Coordinate communication and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
Preparing employment contracts, letters and renewal.
Assist and prepare all documents for employees attending training/courses and all issue related to HRDF claim.
Coordinate meetings, interviews and training.
Monitor and ensure the leave applied in OpenSoft tally with the attendance record.
Monitor punctuality, discipline and employee welfare.
Any HR ad-hoc duties assigned.

Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work within tight deadlines under minimum supervision.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality; honest and trustworthy.
Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarize with the Employment Act 1955 and all the issues related to employee and organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource/Management/Economic.
A good knowledge of the HR policies, HR services and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good IT skills includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
