  • Secondary School/SPM/"O"Level/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/ related field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be offered
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Power Point & Excel) is required
  • Both verbal and intuitive communication abilities in Mandarin are essential

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Checking staff attendance by daily basic
  • Deal with employee requests regarding air & bus ticket purchase, home leave and ect
  • Assist HR Executive for worker permit cancellation - COM
  • Handle worker passport & locker
  • Assist HR for FW special pass application
  • Assist for worker passport update at Immigration
  • Assist in expatriate dependant pass application
  • Processing general administration tasks (e.g. claims, leave application, meal allowance)
  • Responsible to monitor all personal matters such as employee's welfare, attendance, leaves, training, claims and other HR administration functions.
  • Keep track company driver attendance
  • Assist on fuel claim for company driver
  • Monitoring Cleaner & Security OT schedule
  • Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management.
  • Assist of food ordering for company event eg training, and any other special event
  • Submit HRDF grant application for training course.
  • Report for company utility bills
  • Worker badge arrangement
  • Company CCTV monitoring for staff attendance issue (such as forgot to scan or any other issue arise)
  • Record of usage of company car, service TNG card, auto pass, shell card & internet devices.
