Job Summary: The Senior Human Resource & Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing the HR and administrative functions of the organization. This role involves strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and administrative operations. The Senior HR & Admin Executive will work closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Human Resources: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs. Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist in employee performance management, including performance appraisals and disciplinary processes. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related issues. Facilitate employee training and development programs. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in timekeeping, deductions, and withholdings. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly. Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. Handle office security and access control. Plan and coordinate company events and meetings. Assist in budgeting and cost control for administrative expenses. Qualifications: At least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in human resources and administration roles, with at least 5 years experience. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS software (UBS is an added advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Having your own transportation is preferred. Willing to travel to office address: Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
