Job Description

The HR & Admin Assistant provides administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth daily HR operations, proper documentation, and effective office administration.

Human Resources



Assist in

recruitment activities

, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding arrangements. Maintain and update

employee records

, personal files, and HR databases. Assist in

attendance tracking

, leave management, and overtime records. Support

payroll preparation

by compiling attendance, leave, and claim data. Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as

offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and memos

. Coordinate staff

training, induction, and orientation

programs. Handle basic employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with

company policies

and HR procedures.

Administration



Handle

general office administration

tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Assist in arranging

meetings, training sessions, and company events

. Coordinate travel arrangements, workers' accommodation, and transport when required. Support site or HQ administrative activities as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
