About Us



We are

Human Resource Executive

to support and manage HR operations within the company. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, documentation, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding. Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, memos, and other HR documentation. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR systems. Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF. Manage employee relations, handle staff enquiries, and support disciplinary processes. Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities. Ensure HR policies comply with the Employment Act 1955 and current regulations. Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and manpower planning. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities. Support administrative tasks, including office coordination and document filing.

Qualifications:



Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience (preferred). Strong understanding of HR practices and Malaysian labour laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. Responsible, organised, disciplined, and able to work independently.
