Coordinate all Human Resource monthly reports and monitor Breach of Contract status. Monitor employee performance and stay updated on company climate and culture to ensure a positive and productive working environment. Assist in managing disciplinary issues and provide necessary updates for further action by the IR/ER section in compliance with the Employment Act 1955. Conduct regular meetings with employees for progress reviews and assessments, including addressing any concerns or grievances. Promote an open and positive workplace where employees feel comfortable raising issues. Ensure full compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR regulations. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques, and update hiring status accordingly. Assist in Training Portfolio claims by ensuring all documents (invoices, payment receipts, attendance lists, and related expenses) are complete. Assist in managing hostel tenancy agreements for the branch, including monitoring contract expiry and processing new contracts. Compile and provide data required for ad-hoc reports requested by management. Support HR processes to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures. Process branch payroll accurately for every pay period.
