We're Hiring: Human Resource & Admin Executive
Location:

Full-timeWorking Hours:
Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 5:30pm) & Friday (8:30am to 5pm)Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews & onboarding)
Manage employee records, HR documentation & filing
Assist in payroll preparation, leave management & attendance tracking
Support HR administration, policies & compliance matters
Coordinate training, staff activities & employee engagement initiatives
Handle basic employee relations and HR enquiries
Provide administrative support such as document preparation, data entry & filing
Manage office administration matters (stationery, office supplies, coordination with vendors)
Assist in general office operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws is an advantage
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Organized, responsible and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
