Responsible for recruitment & hiring
Responsible for employee certificate administration
Responsible for end of employment contract
Responsible for training administration
Responsible for HRDF administration
Responsible for Performance Management
Responsible for managing employee improvement plan
. Responsible for company's licenses
. Responsible for company's vehicles
. Responsible for contract insurance
. Responsible for equipment calibration
. Responsible for claim administration
. Responsible for payroll administration
. Responsible for employee's medical
. Responsible for EA submission
. Responsible for leave administration
. Plan and organize ER activities such as communication and engagement session, sports and recreations and staff welfare programs
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Superior
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
