RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee employee accommodations (hostels), including cleanliness, safety inspections, and maintenance coordination.
Address employee concerns related to hostel facilities and coordinate repairs or improvements.
Monitor staff attendance and manage leave, time-off, and medical documentation.
Liaise with government and statutory bodies (e.g., Immigration, Labour Department) to support regulatory and compliance matters.
Manage foreign workers, including coordination with agents, levy renewals, FOMEMA medical check-ups, hostel compliance, and ongoing welfare and affairs.
Ensure company adherence to workplace Safety and Health SOPs in line with OSHA requirements.
Support and participate in safety committee activities, including documentation and safety initiatives.
Handling general HR and administrative duties such as monitoring cleaners, security guards, office stationaries, and supplies, office equipment maintenance, etc.
Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management and superiors.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies / Administration / Management or other relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, Statutory requirements and other related legislation.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
