Answering incoming calls and enquiries for HR matters. Assist to check and reply e-mail and report to the superior. Update employees\xe2\x80\x99 personnel records and daily attendance. Assist to proceed workers\xe2\x80\x99 payroll, payment to agent and levy. Renew workers permit license, accommodations and etc. Day to day update of panel clinic listing. Quarterly update of staff insurance name list. Update staff reward system. Liaise with internal trainer for staff onboarding training. Assist in recruitment posting in English and Mandarin language. Schedule job interviews. Arrange internal and external events. Assist in prepare food and beverage during company events. Provide administrative support such as upkeep of staff uniforms, gift, stationery, sundries. Provide any others ad-hoc administrative support to HRD.
