Kelayakan

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experiences in human resources or related field
• Positive attitude and competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company
• Good communication and writing skill in English
• Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HRA policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to senior management and staff
• Loyal to the Directors and be able to give clear picture with full understanding on how each subsidiaries are running and what is happening at all levels
• Working knowledge of the Employment legislation, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing HRA practices, Sedex, ILO standard, Foreign worker management policy, SOCSO, EPF, Payroll operation and other relevant statutory acts
• Good computer skill on Microsoft offices.

Tanggungjawab

The overall management and development of Human Resource and Administrative activities for the company, including:

• Recruitment plan and selection as per Group and subsidiaries requirements
• Training and Development
• Talent Management
• Company policies
• Management of the HR Department
• Writing and delivery pf the HR strategy
• Compensation and Benefits positioning
• Management of Workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination
• Employee Relations
• Management of foreigner manpower
• Payroll administration
• Local authority and employment legislation compliance
• Audits compliance
• Forms part of the management team and is a pivotal role in the Group and must accordingly to be able to manage high volume workload
• Working both in and out of the office, the HRA Manager will be expected to keep up with the paperwork and meticulous to manage all workloads associated with the HR Department.
• Managing various operations (Cleaning, Security and etc) at the facilities:
• Food service
• Laundry service
• Physical plant
• Warehouse
• Environmental Health and Fire Safety
• Hostel & Transportation
