Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Maintain an updated talent database and recruitment reports.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Maintain a positive working environment that promotes organizational culture and values.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, HRIS updates).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Prepare monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely submissions.
Handle employee attendance, leave management, and overtime monitoring.
Manage employee benefits such as insurance and claims processes.
5. Administration & Office Management
Support management with administrative tasks, documentation, and reports.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant working experience in HR and administrative roles.
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and documentation.
