Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new staff across multiple preschool locations
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and other HR-related systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Support performance management and staff appraisal processes in coordination with the leadership team
Handle employee relations matters professionally, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Organize and oversee staff training, team-building activities, and professional development initiatives
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, preschool licensing regulations, and employment standards
Collaborate with Centre Directors and Operations Manager to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce
Operations and Administrative :
Oversee general office administration, including document management and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
Support the Operations Manager with administrative and operational tasks for centres and schools.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resource role, preferably in the education or service sector
Solid understanding of Malaysia's labour laws and HR compliance standards
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building strong rapport with staff across all levels
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., payroll software, digital attendance tools)
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
