Job Description


Oversee and lead our new and expanding Human Resource Business Process Outsourcing business at strategic and operational level. Fully responsible for the P&L of the HR-BPO business unit. Ensure all relevant daily HR Services operations are consistent and compliant to clients\xe2\x80\x99 company policies, clients\xe2\x80\x99 management standards and employment laws and regulations. Accountable for achieving target key performance indicators (KPI), operational level agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to the customers. Continuously monitor and introduce areas for improvement by acquiring and providing feedback from and to clients. Work with existing customers and potential customers to build successful relationships and achieve business objectives. To manage and guide the team to ensure service standards are achieved and satisfaction of existing clients.
