Responsibilities
- Interact with the business at Senior Manager level and provide appropriate consultation on people and broader business challenges
- Translate People Strategy into actionable plans
- Collaborate with Knowledge & Tactical of Human Resources in designing and executing people strategy and people-related initiatives
- Facilitate candidate interviews and get involved in candidate selection by providing recommendations and insights from a Human Resources perspective
- Ensure that all Human Resources policy and process activity is effectively delivered into the responsible business area(s) / entities
- Collaborate effectively across the Human Resources community to ensure group Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are effectively implemented and monitored
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior / entities
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits. Assist in all audit reviews exercise
Requirements
- Sound business acumen and strong communication skills
- Familiar with Employment Act and other local regulations
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Possess strong leadership skills and ability to manage and deal with internal stakeholders
- Innovative problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience in coaching and mentoring would be an added advantage
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
- Good in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
- At least 5-6 years working experience in Human Resources
