Interact with the business at Senior Manager level and provide appropriate consultation on people and broader business challenges
Translate People Strategy into actionable plans
Collaborate with Knowledge & Tactical of Human Resources in designing and executing people strategy and people-related initiatives
Facilitate candidate interviews and get involved in candidate selection by providing recommendations and insights from a Human Resources perspective
Ensure that all Human Resources policy and process activity is effectively delivered into the responsible business area(s) / entities
Collaborate effectively across the Human Resources community to ensure group Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are effectively implemented and monitored
Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior / entities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits. Assist in all audit reviews exercise
Requirements
Sound business acumen and strong communication skills
Familiar with Employment Act and other local regulations
Good interpersonal and people management skills
Possess strong leadership skills and ability to manage and deal with internal stakeholders
Innovative problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Experience in coaching and mentoring would be an added advantage
High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
Good in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
At least 5-6 years working experience in Human Resources
