\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and check all deductions and payment of salaries, allowances and benefits accurately and efficiently in accordance to company policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible & accountable in the full cycle of payroll from updating and maintaining employee information using Quickpay for Windows and payroll systems to creating records for new employees, entry of payroll information, processing and closing of payroll. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly payroll and to ensure all statutory payments are made accordingly \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate monthly payroll reports, reconciliation reports, bank transfer list, statutory payment list & forms, payslip etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with banks on salary transfers & payments and prepare necessary documentations as required by banks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate yearly payroll master reports, statutory reports and EA forms for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure and coordinate the resolutions of payroll problems and inaccuracies \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labour Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission, claims and relevant correspondences. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with Agent regarding foreign worker\xe2\x80\x99s Working Permit renewal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking the attendance record in order to update any absenteeism, unpaid leave, resignation and new staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring on Company\xe2\x80\x99s Assets \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Human Resource Manager to develop and implement human resources policies and procedures (Standard Operating Procedure) and all HR related management and administration of the workforce. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Management in ensure annual Performance Appraisal System. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares HR correspondence for the entire Companies appointment, and all movement letters i.e. transfers, promotions, re-designations, salary adjustments, cross exposure, retirement notice, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper administration in Opening of personal files for new staff and maintenance of personal files, update annual leave & other types of leave in system and Issuance of Medical Chit to employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist and handles the recruitment and selection process and this will include Job Posting (via Recruitment Advertisement etc), Conducts interviews (jointly with sub-section heads and or departmental heads), Conduct reference checks, administers offer of employment process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct induction programme for new joiners & Exit interview survey. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to staff discipline issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 To resolve grievances & conflicts amicably.
