Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills
At least 5-8 years of HR working experience
Must be organized with strong interpersonal and trouble-shooting skills; deals with conflict effectively
Must be a strong multi-tasker, coping with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) across all hierarchical and functional levels
Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Japanese are required
Japanese Language proficiency: N1/N2 certification are required
Possesses own transport as required to travel between TP sites occasionally
Responsibilities:
Stakeholders Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for all mobility- related matters.
Serve as HR advisor to call center management on Industrial Relations (IR), employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
Lead employee relations efforts to handle grievances and disciplinary matters fairly, aligned with legal standards and company policies.
Ensure labor law compliance, maintaining HR practices that meet regulatory standards.
