Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development. Organizational Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives. Identify opportunities for employee training and development. Compensation and Benefits: Provide expertise on compensation and benefits programs. Assist in the development of competitive and equitable compensation structures. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address HR policy issues. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and manage change effectively. Help employees and leaders navigate transitions. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred). Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
