Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage global recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and implement effective employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Administer payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to support employee development.
  • Address and manage a variety of ad-hoc HR tasks as they arise.
  • Provide support and guidance in global employee relations and management.
Requirements:
  • High energy and proactive approach to HR functions.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages to support our global workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and principles.
  • Proven experience in global employee management.
  • Exceptional flexibility and execution capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
