Job Description

  • Support workforce planning with accurate data, analytics and presentations for decision-making * Investigate and understand current work processes to support the design/changes of organization structures * Implement culture change (team and Support workforce planning with accurate data, analytics and presentations for decision-making Investigate and understand current work processes to support the design/changes of organization structures Implement culture change (team and individual) to improve productivity and organization effectiveness in order for change to happen and sustained at all levels Manage cross-functional projects related to people or organization in partnership with multiple stakeholders Engage closely and regularly with employees of all levels especially at the factory to enhance working relationship, engagement and retention Support the identification, engagement, development and succession of high potential talents with accurate data and analytics Communicate, advise and coach employees regarding HR policies, guidelines, processes and initiatives i.e. onboarding, development plans, performance, transfers, retirements & exits, employee wellbeing, employee benefits, disciplinary, grievances Monitor, analyze and prepare reports of Key Performance Indicators for workforce efficiency and effectiveness Research HR practices internally across B. Braun globally and externally across multiple industries in the country to provide input for improvement and decision-making Prepare impactful presentations based on research and analysis for ease of Management decision-making Facilitate collaboration across HR to develop holistic solutions that bring positive impact to the workplace and workforce Support the delivery and integration of development solutions into the workplace practice Professional competencies Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any field (2nd Class Upper is desirable) At least 3-10 years working experience in total in HR field. Planning and organizing people engagement activities (for hundreds of people) in Bahasa & English Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) - data analysis impactful visual presentations brief and clear memo Desktop and on-the-ground research/survey experience on new or unfamiliar topics Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation (Bahasa & English) suitable for all levels of employees (Operators to Managers) Structured project management experience involving multiple parties (including people beyond own influence) Working experience in manufacturing environment is ideal, not mandatory. Experience in training and development would be advantageous.
