Job Description

Human Resources Responsibilities:



Responsible for full spectrum of company HR and Administration practices, proceedings and management. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Compensation and Benefits: Payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments. Managing all the employees benefits. Training and Development: Arrangement for employees career development, facilitating training sessions and HRDF applications and claims. Be the first point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise Create and maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Coordinate ad-hoc company functions, team building activities, annual gathering to encourage team bonding among colleagues. Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects/company events pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required.

Administrative Responsibilities:



Responsible for all office administration duties and ensure effective cost control. Perform office administration functions, including sourcing, purchasing, and maintenance of office premises, stationery, office equipment, pantry items, company assets and etc. Responsible for company motor vehicle insurance renewal, company licenses & foreign permit renewal. Review and manage contracts/service agreement for office landlord and vendors eg. photocopier lease agreement, cleaning service agreement Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to all. Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects/company events pertaining to general administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Well versed with Malaysia Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices. Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters. Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision, Spoken and written proficiency with all stakeholders in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin. Full-Time position available

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
