is a professional conference production firm that annually organizes conferences, government special projects, and B2B events. We headquartered at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are currently looking for a

HR & Event Operations Team.

The Position :

You will be responsible for 2 category of work scope

1 - Human Resources Management

> Recruitment and selection processes, managing employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
> Payroll, benefits, and compensation, and ensure fair performance management practices
> Training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and handling disciplinary actions or conflict resolution when required.
> Support workforce planning, succession management, and contribute strategically to creating a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

2 - Event Operations

> Mainly focus on Logistic of the event including venue sourcing, vendor sourcing and negotiation on all the sourcing .

Qualification Requirements:

Can work well under pressure and handle stressful situations. Able to manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency and meet deadlines. Understands the job well and can work independently to get things done. Stays calm, focused, and professional even when things get busy. Responsible, hardworking, and willing to take ownership of the work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
