• Candidate must possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in HR Management/ HRD/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Psychology or equivalent.
• Open for fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
• Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change in a dynamic environment.
• Independent, tech navy, detail-oriented, strong multitasking skills, high responsibility and commitment for work
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Islamic Background studies are Welcome

Tanggungjawab

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, mainly responsible to find, interview, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media and platforms for finding quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.
• Conduct employee onboarding and off boarding.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Keeping a track of employees attendance and leaves taken.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist with day to day operations of the Admin Fields & HR functions and duties.
• At least 3 year of human resource management experience preferred.
• Able to speak Malay & English.
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Ability to work independently.
