Job Description

s:

• Responsible for overall work of Compensation and Benefits activities.
• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures in line with the work culture and organizational objectives.
• Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures and ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues such as insurance providers, Umrah agents etc.
• Developing and managing bonuses and incentives, company trip, employee welfare, appraisal staff, etc.
• Preparing the budgets, reports, and presentations.
• Assess employee needs by conducting a survey to find out what motivates and engages employees.
• Perform other tasks required by the Management

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
• Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Preferably specialized in Compensation and Benefits or equivalent
• Must be willing to work 5.5 days (Saturday-Half Day)
• Willing to work under pressure and tight deadline

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
