Responsible for overall work of Compensation and Benefits activities.
Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures in line with the work culture and organizational objectives.
Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures and ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues such as insurance providers, Umrah agents etc.
Developing and managing bonuses and incentives, company trip, employee welfare, appraisal staff, etc.
Preparing the budgets, reports, and presentations.
Assess employee needs by conducting a survey to find out what motivates and engages employees.
Perform other tasks required by the Management
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Preferably specialized in Compensation and Benefits or equivalent
Must be willing to work 5.5 days (Saturday-Half Day)
Willing to work under pressure and tight deadline
