Job Description


1. Managing and monitoring human resource planning to ensure sufficient human resource for company operations. 2. Reviewing and analyzing human resource status from time to time and proposing updates to Management accordingly. 3. Managing and handling of recruitment & selection processes. 4. Developing & conducting new employee\xe2\x80\x99s induction and orientation. 5. Managing and reviewing of employee welfare and benefits. 6. Managing and handling of employee performance appraisal processes. 7. Conducting yearly training needs analysis and proposing training plan to the Management. 8. Maintaining and updating employee personal files, personal details and training records. 9. Handling of employee\xe2\x80\x99s attire, personal protection equipment (PPE), etc. 10. Maintaining & updating employee\xe2\x80\x99s records (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.) 11. Developing and executing Company Human Resource Policies (HR Policies) 12. Handling of employee\xe2\x80\x99s disciplinary issue & appropriate disciplinary actions including but not limited to counselling session, reminders, warning letters, domestic enquiry, termination, etc. 13. Handling of all foreign worker related matters (accommodation, working permit application & renewal, immigration office, insurance, etc.) 14. Liaise with government agencies (Labour office, IR office, immigration, JKKP, KWSP, PERKESO, HRDF, LHDN, etc.) on human resource related issues. 15. Assisting the management in the introduction and enforcement of industrial and other safety standards. 16. Liaise with government agencies / authorities (DOE, DOSH, BOMBA, etc.) on safety matters. 17. Ensuring company\xe2\x80\x99s compliance to building, electrical, environmental and other relevant statutes and maintaining constant liaison with local authorities on all relevant matters. 18. Managing of company utilities & facilities (electricity, water supply, telephone, internet service, company mobile phone, intercom, networking, server, etc). 19. Ensuring the factory\xe2\x80\x99s plumbing, sanitary plumbing and sewage systems are in good working conditions. 20. Ensuring the fire-fighting / fire protection system is in good working conditions at all times by having a systematic testing procedure and timely inspection & renewal. 21. Monitoring and handling relevant business license(s) validity and renewal as per legal requirement(s). 22. Maintaining Integrated Management System / IMS (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) within the Department by establishing and enforcing organization standard. 23. Managing risks and opportunities to achieve an effective IMS. 24. Performing any other related duties as and when requested by the Management from time to time.
