About the Role:

As an HR Executive, you will manage the

end-to-end HR lifecycle

, from recruitment and onboarding to probation, confirmation, payroll support, performance tracking, training, and exit processes. You will also contribute to HR reporting and metrics, providing valuable insights to drive better people decisions across the organization.

Beyond daily operations, you will play an active role in

HR projects

, including establishing

HR procedures

and

governance

,

Digitizing HR records and systems

and supporting

ISO initiatives

to help the company align to international standards.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3-4 years of HR operations/generalist experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong reporting and metrics skills, with an excellent attention to detail

Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach to HR operations

Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
