Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resource role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale and create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.
• Assist in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
