Job Responsibility Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Perform clerical and administrative work for the Human Resources department Updating, maintaining and compile employee records (file and databases) Process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) Assist to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves etc.) Assist in hiring process including submitting job postings, scheduling candidate interviews Assist to conduct on pre-boarding and onboarding programme to newly hired employees Serving as a point person for all employee questions Coordinate HR activities (meetings, training, surveys etc.) Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred to have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field or FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
