ResponsibilitiesYour duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist with onboarding activities, including compiling employee records and coordinating new hire orientations.
Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries.
Administer employee benefits, such as medical claims, travel claims, leave management, Socso claims, etc.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and assist in developing the training plan.
Manage HRDC fund applications and claims.
Oversee the company hostel, maintain tenant records, and ensure adherence to all hostel rules.
Participate in the Culture team and assist with company activities aligned with company values.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and industry standards.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
Undertake any other assignments as assigned by your superior.
