Job Description
This role is to handle the full spectrum of HR matters for all employees of our client. The client offers an integrated range of products in installation, maintenance and modernization of elevators and escalators for residential and commercial use throughout Malaysia. The HR executive will be reporting to the Executive Director.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR matters (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Attendance, Leaves, Offboarding.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external government authorities where required (for EPF, EIS, SOCSO, PCB etc.)
- Attendance
- Payroll
- Employment / Termination
- Counselling
- Staff Welfare
- Foreign worker(s)
- Training plan & Execution e New training material
- Update present training material
- Assessment
- HR Compliance
- Review handbook to ensure compliance with EA
- Source for rental/collection
- Upkeep of units
- Loan settlement
- Renewal of licenses
- Compliance
- Internal Audits
- Monthly meetings
- Management Review
- Renewal with statutory bodies
- Safety passport for staffs
- A good degree or diploma will be considered.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel skills, or other payroll software would be preferred and advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Immediate availability would be preferred
