Responsible for HR functions such as onboarding, training & development, HR policy & procedures, employee relations, industrial relations, termination and other HR administration.
Responsible for ISO 9001 documentation.
Ensure HR policies & SOPs are communicated and effectively implemented.
Keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database.
Liaise with government agencies like Immigration & HRD Corp as needed.
To provide ad hoc support as and when required by Management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Professional Certificate from accredited institutions of higher learning in related field.
At least 2 years and above working experience in related field.
Good written and verbal communication: English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Payroll knowledge will be an added advantage
