Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other workplace issues.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention programs to support future business needs.
Oversee HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
Cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment.
Manage performance appraisal processes that enhance productivity and accountability.
Administer compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive.
Identify training needs and oversee effective learning and development initiatives.
Provide management with accurate HR metrics and insights for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and all HR-related regulations.
Qualification & Requirement
Experience in the
Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry
is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, Malaysian employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships.
